Figma Layouts

Built a quick tool to build Voxie style avatars for various accounts. Specific needs were to have avatars for agent and bot accounts to help convey the visual context of different user accounts in engineering tools.

Tool uses Voxie brand standards and icons. We should try to use icons consistently to convey meaning for them across Voxie tooling.

Lots of exploration of how we can integrate an AI agent into the Voxie platform. Sidebars, modals, full page take-overs, in-content helpers. Still lots to do but we’re making progress.

We took a shot at creating a rough cut promo video for workflow builder. We’d like to gauge interest on it to see if it’s something we want to spend more time on.

Next steps would be:

• confirm key features to highlight
• get flow examples and company names we’d be comfortable showing

We’ve finished migrating the UI team off our old Figma demo decks and onto this website. Every past demo is now plain-text, version-controlled, and lives alongside the code.

• 83 demos migrated, from demo-251222 all the way back to demo-221107
• 697 slides preserved across those demos
• Older decks keep the original slide-NN-name.md convention (684 slides across 81 demos)

Why we did it:

• One searchable, versioned home for every demo instead of scattered Figma files
• Plain-text slides that diff cleanly in git and travel with the codebase
• No more Figma seats or link-rot to keep historical demos alive
• Test case for more elaborate AI workflows.
